The Ristorante D’Aiello tells a lot about us and celebrates a return to our origins.

It is not only a place to eat well, but a family story which continues.
The name is a tribute to our roots: D’Aiello was the surname of our predecessors, a name that we continue to cherish and value with pride through the third generation of the family.

With this restaurant, which was reopened after many years, we wanted to bring a piece of our history back to life: that which complemented the hotel business since 1936, that was closed in the 1980s.

The logo itself is a family photo: the four siblings Vito, Raffaele, Maria and Carolina D’Aiello who started our hospitality tradition, together with their parents.

Atmosphere and Ambiance

Located inside the Hotel Savoia, in the heart of Positano, the Ristorante D’Aiello has an intimate and refined atmosphere.
After the recent extension work carried out on the hotel, it is now possible to dine on the new panoramic terrace, with an open view over the town rooftops and the changing light at sunset.
A perfect place for romantic dinners, special occasions or simply to let yourself be enchanted by the surrounding beauty, to be enjoyed with every dish.

The cuisine: tradition and quality

The menu is an authentic journey into the flavors of the Amalfi Coast and Campania, with fresh fish dishes and handmade pasta.

The portions are well-presented but generous, with specialties such as Caserecce homemade pasta with Bolognese sauce and sea bass, cited in reviews as “superior quality” compared to many other restaurants in Positano.

Service and Hospitality

The quality of the food is accompanied by an attentive and family-style service. We often receive compliments relating to the kindness and professionalism of our staff (mostly composed of local people), who contribute to making every dinner a special moment.
